Terms of Service

You must be at least 18 years old, or use Cirkuit with the consent and supervision of a parent or guardian. You sign in with your mobile number and a one-time password. Keep your phone and account secure; you are responsible for activity on your account.

An account can be signed in on one phone at a time. Signing in on a new phone signs the old one out. Passes are personal and may not be shared, lent or resold.

Cirkuit gives you access to independent partner gyms. The gyms are owned and run by their partners, not by Cirkuit. Each gym's own rules, timings, dress code and safety instructions apply while you are there, and gym staff may refuse entry or ask you to leave for breaking them.

Tiers. Gyms are grouped into tiers (for example Pro and Elite). A pass covers gyms of its tier and lower tiers. Some plans include a number of visits each calendar month to higher-tier gyms; unused visits don't carry over.

Check-in. You may check in once per calendar day (India time) by scanning the gym's QR code or by GPS, and you must be physically at the gym. Location is checked at check-in. Check-ins made by any other means are not valid.

Price. Prices are shown in your selected home city and include GST. A pass, once bought, works in every city where Cirkuit has gyms. A tax invoice is issued for every purchase. If you buy while a pass is active, the new pass starts when the current one ends.

Pause. If your plan allows it, you may pause your pass for at least 7 days at a time, up to the plan's total pause allowance. A pause starts the next day and moves your end date out by the paused days. You can't check in while paused. You can resume early; days already started count as used.

Day pass. A day pass is valid only on the date you choose, at gyms of its tier and lower tiers.

Free trial. New members may get one free visit to any Cirkuit gym within 30 days of signing up, once per phone number.

Auto-renew. If you turn on auto-renew, you authorise us to charge the plan price at the start of each billing period through UPI Autopay or card mandate until you cancel. You can cancel any time in the app; you won't be charged again and passes already paid for keep running to their end date. Coupons don't apply to auto-renewals.

Coupons. Coupons are subject to their stated conditions and may be withdrawn at any time. They have no cash value.

Where gyms offer classes, you may book up to 7 days ahead, one class per day, if your pass covers the gym and the class. Cancel at least 1 hour before the start time. Checking in at the gym from 30 minutes before a class marks you as attending. Three missed classes (no-shows) in a calendar month pause class booking for 7 days.

Payments are processed by Razorpay; we don't store your card or UPI details. EMI is provided by your bank or lender on their terms. Refunds are covered by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

Exercise carries risk of injury. Consult a doctor before starting a new fitness programme, especially if you have a medical condition. You take part at your own risk. To the extent permitted by law, Cirkuit is not liable for injury, illness, loss or theft at a partner gym; any claim about the gym's premises, equipment or staff lies with the gym.

You may review gyms you have visited. Reviews must be honest, about your own experience, and must not be abusive, defamatory, discriminatory, or contain personal information. We may hide reviews that break these rules. Don't misuse the app — for example faking location, sharing your account, or interfering with check-in.

Approved influencers earn credits on the first pass bought by users they refer, as set out in their programme terms. Self-referrals and fake accounts are not allowed and forfeit credits.

We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms or are used fraudulently, with a refund only where required by law. You can delete your account any time in the app (Profile → Delete account). Deleting forfeits any active pass and cancels auto-renew; see the Privacy Policy for what we keep.

Cirkuit is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the pass concerned. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.

We may update these terms; we'll notify you in the app before material changes take effect. These terms are governed by the laws of India, and courts at [city] have jurisdiction.
