Refund & Cancellation Policy
Last updated 16 October 2026 · Version 2026-10-16-draft
This policy applies to every Cirkuit Pass, day pass and auto-renewal bought in the app.
1. Passes are non-refundable
Once bought, a Cirkuit Pass or day pass can't be cancelled or refunded, including for unused days or visits. If you need a break, use Pause (where your plan allows it) to move your end date out instead.
2. When we do refund
- You were charged but no pass was created in your account.
- You were charged twice for the same purchase.
- We cancel your pass for reasons that aren't your fault (for example, we stop operating in your city) — we refund the unused days on a pro-rata basis.
Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 5–7 working days of approval. EMI refunds are subject to your bank's process.
3. Auto-renew
You can turn off auto-renew any time in the app (Pass screen → Turn off). No further charges are made, and passes already paid for keep running to their end date. Turning it off doesn't refund the current period. If a renewal charge went through after you cancelled, contact us and we'll refund it.
4. Gym closures
If a gym closes or stops partnering with Cirkuit, your pass keeps working at the other gyms in its tier. If no gym in your tier remains in your city, contact us and we'll offer an extension, a move to another tier, or a pro-rata refund.
5. Classes
Class bookings are free with your pass. Cancel at least 1 hour before the start; three missed classes in a month pause class booking for 7 days.
6. How to ask for a refund
Email cirkuitfit@gmail.com with your registered phone number, the payment ID or invoice number (both are in the app under Profile → Invoices) and what happened. We reply within 2 working days.
